The flake shape gradually transforms into a spherical shape. We can call this spheroidization phenomenon because graphite has very low strength and is mainly in flake shape, resulting in a greater reduction in the material's strength and brittleness. It increases accordingly, so it can be called graphitization.

Thermal fatigue performance, if the structural parts of alumina ceramics will be used for a long time If hot and cold are alternated, the changes in the internal temperature difference of the material will cause expanding and tiny cracks due to thermal stress, and eventually serious cracks will occur.
