The auction information released by Alibaba Auction Network shows that the auction objects of Qingyuan Juncheng Ceramics Co., Ltd. include: 237630.5m² of land in the factory area of Qingyuan Juncheng Ceramics Co., Ltd. (including unlicensed land), and above-ground buildings (the total construction area is 133954.21 m²) and 43 attachments and a transformer.
The assessed value of all the above-mentioned objects is 172,699,716 yuan. The bidding will officially start at 10:00 on October 28, with a starting price of 138 million yuan. As of September 29, a total of 172 people have watched the auction information, and 11 people have set reminders, but no one has signed up yet.
It is worth noting that there are many flaws in the auction objects. None of the houses and buildings involved in this auction have obtained real estate certificates, and relevant matters must be understood and resolved by the bidders themselves; there are some unresolved environmental issues at the location of the auction objects, such as hazardous solid waste disposal by the bidders themselves. "Ceramic Information" noted that the first auction price of this batch of ceramic raw materials was 7.27 million yuan. In comparison, the transaction price was far lower than the first starting price.
At the same time, all the machinery and equipment, hardware items, transportation tools, chemical raw materials, office equipment, etc. of the factory were successfully auctioned at a price of 72.1013 million yuan after two rounds of auctions.
In addition, a batch of 34,441 600×600mm polished bricks, 151,469 800×800mm glazed bricks and equipment (brick frames) from the factory were also successfully auctioned at a price of 4.0214 million yuan.
Bankrupt in 2019, with debts exceeding 400 million

According to data from "Ceramic Information" "2020 Ceramic Industry Long March - National Tile Production Capacity Survey", Qingyuan City, as one of the large-scale building ceramic production areas in Guangdong, has had 6 ceramic companies withdraw from the industry in three years.
Since this year, ceramic companies have been greatly affected by the "dual control" and the market situation is complicated. It is still unknown whether anyone will take over the auction site of Qingyuan Juncheng Ceramics Co., Ltd.
